Coffee Roasting 102- One Day Intensive
Saturday 11/15, 10am-6pm
A course for those that have either taken Roasting Foundations 101, Roasting for Home Roasters, or for those that know how to manually log roasts and have cupped coffee before.
This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement and quality assurance, roast profiling, and gives participants the chance to further explore production roasting concepts using roasting software.
Participants will spend half the day in lecture and cupping, and will spend the rest of the day roasting on commercial coffee roasters.
