Participants will spend this four hour course brewing coffee to proper extraction specification, cupping coffee according to industry standard, and examining roast profiles.

Join us for a hands-on, practical experience to explore the fundamentals of coffee roasting. In this beginners course, participants will dip their toes into quality assurance protocols, green coffee procurement and the coffee supply stream, coffee roaster function, and roast profile development.

Coffee Roasting Foundations: Coffee Roasting 102

This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement and quality assurance, roast profiling, and gives participants the chance to further explore roast profile concepts using roasting software. 

Advanced Coffee Roasting - One Day Intensive

This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement, quality assurance, and roast profiling on Cropster. Participants will learn about production roasting protocol.
