(NEW YEAR! 01/31) Coffee Roasting Foundations 103

Saturday 1/31, 10am-6pm

A course for those that have either taken Coffee Roasting Foundations 102 or for those that have some experience roasting on Cropster roasting software. 

This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement, quality assurance, and roast profiling on Cropster. Participants will learn about evaluating green coffee quality, roast defects, and will also review production roasting protocols. 

Participants will spend half the day in lecture and cupping, and will spend the rest of the day roasting on a commercial coffee roaster.
