A crucial workshop for baristas, roasters, and/or coffee business owners!

Join us as we review and test extraction concepts using a coffee refractometer, a necessary roastery/cafe tool. Participants will learn how to properly use a refractometer and its software, develop cafe and roastery protocol around this tool, and improve existing brew recipes for various coffees.
