(03/01) Coffee Roasting Foundations 102: Introduction to Roast Profiling

Saturday 01/04, 10am-6pm

A course for those that have either taken Roasting Foundations 101 or those that know how to manually log roasts and have cupped coffee before. 

This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement and quality assurance, roast profiling, and gives participants the chance to further explore roast profile concepts using roasting software. 

Participants will spend half the day in lecture and cupping, and will spend the rest of the day roasting on commercial coffee roasters.
