(10/10) Coffee Roasting Foundations 201:Production Roasting and Roasting Software

Saturday 10/10, 10am-6pm  

A course for those that have either taken Roasting Foundations 101-103, those that have been manually roast logging but curious to step into the software world, or for those that wish to learn more about optimizing roasting software utility.

This hands on course expands on green coffee procurement and quality assurance, production roasting techniques, and roast profiling, all within the context of roasting software. 

Participants will spend half the day in lecture and cupping, and will spend the rest of the day roasting on a commercial coffee roaster.
