(NEW YEAR! 01/06) Roasting Coffee for Espresso

The Roast Profiles Series explores the depths of espresso roast profile techniques. This first class in the series examines a cornerstone of any coffee roasting business: espresso! 

Join us as we compare espresso roast profiles sensorially and in Cropster roasting software. In this course, participants will review espresso as a brewing method, and will gain hands on experience with espresso preparation techniques and dial in strategies based on different roast profiles. 

Participants should consider this class as a Coffee Roasting "300" level course, as it requires more than a beginner's understanding of roast profiling and roasting skills. Participants will be working on an espresso machine rather than a coffee roaster in this class.
