Enter San Fran! This is a course for those that are not only wanting to refine their production roasting skills, but those that are also interested in learning about roasting on a San Franciscan Coffee Roaster. It is recommended that participants have some coffee roasting experience and are at least somewhat familiar with using Cropster software.
This course is mostly hands on. It covers some roast profiling concepts, and expands on production roasting's role in quality assurance. Participants will roast several batches of coffee on the SF-25 to set specifications.
